To build a greenhouse with DEAR DEER EJ series accessories

1. 1. Stand the framework of greenhouse (0.5 to 1 meter distance each arc) as your need. To prevent very strong wind it is recommended 0.5 meter distance each arc and the ends of stand pillar must be buried underground 45 to 60 cm. In case of the wind is not so strong it is enough to distance 1 meter each arc.
3. 2. Put pipes across to stand pillars and connect them with EJ-101 “Hoop And Purlin Spring Cross Connectors”.

3. 3. Put EJ-103 “Film Lock Channel” across to stand pillars and screw it on the pillars to fix them together.
5. 4. Cover and tighten plastic film on the framework of greenhouse.
7. 5. Tighten and set cover film into “Film Lock Channel” with EJ-102 “S spring wire”.
9. 6. In case of the “Film Lock Channel” is not long as your need connect 2 “Film Lock Channels” with EJ-104 “Film Lock Channel Connector” to lengthen.

8. 7. Tighten EJ-108 “Tension Band” on the roof of greenhouse to make film firmly. Then tie the “Tension Band” on EJ-105 “Band Set Hook” in “Film Lock Channel”.
10. 8. To snap film on pipes with EJ-106 “U Snap Clamp” at where “Film Lock Channel” can’t be used. For example we can snap film at roof arc.

10. 9. Install EJ-107 “Film Roll Winder” with 2 stand pipes as 2 guides at 2 ends out of greenhouse and a pipe across with film roll in. In general we stand film roll winder sets at 2 sides, or add1 or 2 sets at front and rear to roll up for ventilation.
12. 10. Set insects net inside the film on the wall where the film roll up, to prevent insect invasion.

MINI GREENHOUSE (LOW TUNNEL, SMALL TUNNEL GREENHOUSE)
Mini greenhouses protect the plants under the transparent film tunnel. The films keep
the air in the tunnel warmer and keep the plants not to be hurt cause by frost. The
films are easy to push up while it is hot and pull down while it is cold.
Mini greenhouse (tunnel greenhouse) is made of steel (or glass fiber) bars with branch,
transparent films, steady hooks and ropes.
The bars are 3 meters length with a branch to be 20 cm distant from each end. The
films are 2.7 meters width. The stick of steady hook must to insert into ground to keep
each film end of tunnel steady, the curved hook must be out of ground to set the film.
The steps to construct mini greenhouse:
1. Insert the stick of steady hooks into the ground at beginning and end of the tunnel.
2. Let two ends of bars insert about 15 cm into the ground and make it arched on the
ground. Each bar is 2 meters distant to previous one.
3. Thus each bar is a bow stands vertically on ground and lined up several bows to
be a tunnel.
4. The beginning and the end of each tunnel must stand 2 bars together. One bar is
vertical to ground another 80 degree to ground. This construction leads the film go
to the steady hook in the ground and set on it.
5. Set the film fastening on steady hook, pull and spread out the film on the line of
bows.
6. Pull the film tightly and set another end fastening on another steady hook.
7. Tie the rope on any branch of the bar of beginning set, across the rope on film and
fasten the film, tie on the branch at another end of beginning bar.
8. Across the rope on the film and fasten the film to the branch of the second stand
bar, tie the rope on the branch.
9. Across on the film and fasten to tie on the branch at another end of second bar.
10. Across on the film and fasten back to tie on the branch at another side of first bar.
11. Pull the rope to the second section between second bar and third bar.
12. Continue to tie the rope and fasten on the film as previous steps from beginning
bar to end bar.
