DEAR DEER anti hail net round fixing cap
In general, to set up anti hail net, the pillars of cement or wood must insert a screw on the middle of the top of the pillar.

DEAR DEER fixing cap has two designs according to the difference between the upper cover, the lower fixing cap and the combination method:
1. DIY fixing cap
This design does not use stainless steel screws to fix the steel ropes on the fixing cap. When fixing the steel ropes, only need to screw the upper cover onto the lower fixing cap tightly.
This design of anti-hail net fixing cap has 2 types. The Item No. are DJ-101A and DJ-101B. Specifications are Ø1", Ø1-1/4", Ø1-1/2", Ø2", Ø2-1/2", Ø3".
Both of the DJ-101A and DJ-101B “high fixing cap” have an upper cover with large-spacing female threads.
There are 4 notches on the upper side of the lower fixing cap, which are used to put the steel ropes in a crisscross pattern. Large-spaced male threads are provided on the outer surface of the upper part of the lower fixing cap. The upper cover can be tightened to be combined with the lower fixing cap. Large-spaced threads can easily contain the anti-hail net between the upper covers and lower fixing cap.
2. Stainless steel screws fixing cap
This design uses 2 stainless steel screws to fix the steel ropes. When fixing the steel ropes, 2 stainless steel screws must be tightened to make the upper cover to press the steel ropes and net against the top wall of the lower fixing cap. The upper cover is a flat thick disc.
The Item No. of this type is DJ-103. The sizes of the lower fixing cap are Ø1", Ø1-1/4", Ø1-1/2", Ø2".
The DJ-103 “external pressing screw fixing cap” has 2 stainless steel nuts embedded in the upper wall of the lower fixing cap, and there are cross-shaped grooves on the top of the upper wall for putting the steel ropes. The upper cover used to hold the cross ropes is a thick disc with 2 holes for the stainless steel screws to pass through. Tighten the 2 stainless steel screws, the upper cover can press the steel ropes and net against the upper wall of the lower fixing cap to fix them.
