One set of micro butterfly sprinkler include 1 small PVC hose to lead water from source PE pipe and 1 fiber glass pole to support the micro rotary sprinkler. Each micro butterfly sprinkler stands space 3 meters each other. The distance of ach line of PE pipe is around 3 meters too. The micro butterfly sprinkler on each line must to stand staggered with other one at next line to make up blind space of watering.

BJ-300 COMPLETE CIRCLE JET

The outlet of this jet is without support surrounded, water spray no block in all angles. Center screw is adjustable to adjust the flow rate.
With 1/2” male thread connect the female connector on supply pipe.
There are 2 types of different model:
1. BJ-300L- the water spray is level.
2. BJ-300U- the water spray is up ward.
This pcomplete circle jet is popular used in orchard  or garden irrigation. Also  it is a beautiful fountain in low pressure with its umbrella shaped jetting.
Reverse down the support pipe it can be used in spraying down for example spraying from roof of greenhouse.

BJ-400 SEEP SOAKER HOSE

All the wall of seep soaker hose has sponge like porous. That can seep water all the wall when fill water into the hose. It is a good irrigation hose for garden watering or farm irrigation.

Especially we don’t need both too much water as sprinkler irrigation or too little water as drip irrigation. It is a just right way for this irrigation.

Seep soaker hose can be laid on the ground or buried under ground to irrigate. Also it can be put in water. When we fill air instead of water, it seeps air bubbles for aerating.

Because of seep soaker hose has so many porous it is not so quick clogged as drip hose. It reduces seeping gradually in longer time. Install a water filter at head is helpful to delay clog.

Also because of seep soaker hose has so many porous its seeping rate decline quickly as the length of hose is long. The recommend length just right to be used is less than 15 m.

It is convenient to use this hose in different conditions for there are many different fittings. These fittings can assemble different hose systems well to satisfy our different necessary.

To drill a hole less than 3mm on PE pipe and insert the micro jet into the pipe to set, then hang the PE pipe up. The operation pressure must be more than 1 bar to get fine spray.

Crops that require large amounts of water generally use conventional furrow irrigation and flood irrigation. However, because the irrigation water flows directly on the field, the water is continuously absorbed by the soil, resulting in uneven absorption of water at the flow beginning and the end. The area at the flow beginning may have too much water, but at the end may not have enough water. Another disadvantage of conventional furrow irrigation and flood irrigation is the longer irrigation time required. These shortcomings are particularly evident in large areas.

To solve these shortcomings, Slide Gate Pipe Irrigation is a good solution.

Slide Gate Pipe Irrigation also said as side inlet irrigation, multiple-inlet irrigation. It is a simple and convenient method to solve the shortcomings of conventional furrow irrigation and flood irrigation. It can be used for sugarcane, rice, cotton, corn and other crops especially for crops which need large water.

The method is to lay a suitable thick flexible pipe on the field, connect to a pump with large water flow. When water is poured into the pipe till it is about 80%~90% full, put the Slid Gate Hole Puncher into the central hole of Slid Gate Set, and use the Hole Puncher to punch the hole in the pipe. Then continue to push Hole Puncher deepen inside, until the barb section of Slid Gate Set is sent in fixed position. The leading part of the barb section has an annular enlarged barb structure. That can fix Slid Gate Set on the pipe. When the Hole Puncher is withdrawn, the water in the pipe comes out from the central hole in the Slid Gate Set.

In the same way to assemble the Slid Gate Sets at the appropriate positions along the pipe continually. At last there are many outlets along the pipe for watering. The slid gates on the Slid Gate Set can adjust the flow rate of water or shut off. This will water in precise way, increase the uniformity of irrigation, save water more than 20% and reduce the irrigation time.

If we are afraid of that the water pressure is too high may cause the flexible pipe burst. We can use an appropriate size needle to punch some holes along the pipe to relieve the pressure. Then the pipe will not burst due to excessive pressure.
